Everyone's Agnostic Podcast

Cass & Marie interview people you don’t know, about a subject no one wants to talk about. We hope to encourage people in the process of deconstructing their faith and help curb the loneliness that accompanies it. We think the world is a better place when more people live by sight, not by faith.

Cass and Bob talk with Baba Brinkman, a Canadian rapper and playwright who’s best known for combining hip-hop music with literature and science. He’s a comparative literature scholar with a vast repertoire of rap guides to literature, evolution, religion, human nature, business, medicine, wilderness, climate change…you name it, he’s rapped about it. He is a one-of-a-kind artist. Brinkman’s plays have toured the world and enjoyed successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and off-Broadway in New York. His newest play The Rap Guide to Religion recently concluded a six month run at the Soho Playhouse, where it was nominated for a Drama Desk Award in the category “Unique Theatrical Experience”. Baba is also a pioneer in the genre of “lit-hop” or literary hip-hop, known for his adaptations of The Canterbury Tales, Beowulf, and Gilgamesh. He has spoken at several TEDx conferences.
